Today, with social media sites like MySpace and Facebook and the even newer Twitter, it’s easier than ever to shout your message to the world - and gather a sizable audience, even if you don’t really know what you’re doing. Companies that don’t know how to deal with these types of people aren’t going to do well in the years ahead.
